About half of our current staff has been with us for at least 7 years – that should tell prospective employees that we treat our employees quite nicely.  On the other hand, we do expect a level of commitment that is higher than commonly found in this profession.  We believe in a multi-cultural approach to staffing and employment as it truly opens child’s eyes to a wider world.
